On Tuesday, November 12, Gogoa Mobility Robots had the honor of participating in a one-hour training session on neurorehabilitation technology and therapies at OSASUNBIDEA, held in the training pavilion of Navarra University Hospital in Pamplona. This event, directed at healthcare professionals from the Navarra Health Service, attracted neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, and physiotherapists interested in new technological solutions for mobility rehabilitation.
During the session, Gogoa presented its exoskeletons and complementary technologies for enhancing mobility and supporting neurorehabilitation, sparking considerable interest among attendees. The presentation featured Hilda Vergara from Ortosan Orthopedics, Maite Molinuevo, Head of the Movex Living Lab at Gogoa, and Carlos Fernández Isoird, CEO of Gogoa, who shared their expertise on the role of exoskeletons in motor recovery and rehabilitation processes.
Approximately 36 people attended in person, with an additional 20 joining remotely from their hospitals, underscoring the growing interest in this advanced rehabilitation technology. A practical demonstration session was also agreed upon for January 2024, where the benefits of Gogoa’s technology will be showcased with real patients.
We are grateful to OSASUNBIDEA for this opportunity and look forward to continuing to advance neurorehabilitation through innovation and technology.
