GOGOA Leading Innovation: Trio of HAZITEK Program Projects Driven by the Basque Government

GOGOA al Frente de la Innovación: Trío de Proyectos del Programa HAZITEK Impulsados por el Gobierno Vasco

Gogoa Mobility Robots is pleased to present three innovative projects receiving support and funding from the Basque Government through the HAZITEK program. These projects—ADIMALGU, AI-REHAB, and UMOR—are led by a consortium of leading companies and research entities with the aim of advancing research and development in critical areas of robotics and technology.

GOGOA al Frente de la Innovación: Trío de Proyectos del Programa HAZITEK Impulsados por el Gobierno Vasco

UMOR Project: Collaborative Robotic System Development for Space, Industrial, and Healthcare Applications

Participants: SENER AEROESPACIAL, GESTAMP, DANOBAT, FAGOR AUTOMATION, ELECTROTÉCNICA ALAVESA, GOGOA, UPV-EHU, AUTOTECH, IDEKO, FAGOR AOTEK, CEIT.

Objectives: The UMOR project seeks to research and develop new modular components and technological solutions for precision collaborative robotic systems in space, industrial, and healthcare environments. The consortium, comprising specialized companies and research entities, aims to facilitate knowledge transfer and strengthen technological capabilities in the Basque industrial landscape.

ADIMALGU Project: Integration of Technologies for Intelligent Components in the Plastic Industry

Participants: TAJO, MAIER, CIKAUTXO, EIKA, OJMAR, ROTOBASQUE, COPRECI, GOGOA.

Objectives: ADIMALGU aims to enhance the competitiveness of Basque companies by integrating embedded electronics into plastic parts through technologies such as in-mold electronics (IME). This approach will yield intelligent components that simplify assembly and significantly reduce product weight.

AI-REHAB Project: Integration of Artificial Intelligence in Neuro-Robotic Rehabilitation

Participants: GOGOA, MOVEX BILBAO, Fundación MIRANDA, Universidad de Deusto.

Objectives: AI-REHAB focuses on improving therapy and procedures for neuro-robotic mobility rehabilitation using artificial intelligence. This project collaborates with robotics experts, rehabilitation clinics, and research entities to customize treatments and explore the use of robotic systems in preventing frailty in older individuals.

These projects not only represent significant advancements in their respective fields but also showcase the commitment of the Basque Government to drive innovation and strengthen the position of Euskadi as a leader in advanced technologies. HAZITEK, as a program supporting business R&D, plays a crucial role in endorsing initiatives that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of Basque companies in global markets.
