ERGONOMIC WORK ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

WHAT IS MONITOREX?
MONITOREX is a workplace ergonomic assessment system that uses a sensory suit with IMUs (inertial measurement units) to record actual work movements and assess postural risk using the RULA methodology.
In addition to ergonomic scoring, it analyzes the muscle groups involved and monitors fatigue, integrating job evaluation with the worker's physiological conditions.
Ergonomics + exoskeletons, in a single analysis
MONITOREX allows you to merge ergonomic analysis with the evaluation of industrial exoskeletons, to decide where they provide real value and with what configuration.
SUPPORTING WELLNESS .
ELEVATING PERFORMANCE .
INTEGRATED BIOMECHANICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
MONITOREX IS NOT LIMITED TO A SINGLE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE POSITION
Unlike traditional ergonomic assessments, the system allows:
Analyze real and repetitive movement patterns
Identify the most stressed muscle groups
Monitor fatigue throughout the day
Relating ergonomic risk to physiological conditions and muscle load
This allows for a much deeper understanding of the real impact of work on the human body, based on objective and measurable data.

IDENTIFICATION OF OPTIMAL APPLICATIONS
Thanks to its continuous analysis capabilities, MONITOREX allows:
Identifying tasks that are critical from an ergonomic point of view
Identify which type of exoskeleton (passive, active, upper limb, back, etc.) is most suitable
Tailor the solution to specific users, tasks, and contexts
This makes MONITOREX a strategic tool for preventing occupational risks, improving ergonomics, and optimizing investments in assistive technologies.
