BUT... WHAT IS AN EXOSKELETON?

A preventative exoskeleton is a wearable device that, through variable deformation elastomers that act as "artificial muscles", provides physical support and reduces the effort in heavy or repetitive tasks.


By moving in sync with the user, it improves ergonomics and workplace safety, reduces the risk of injury, and increases productivity in demanding environments. Therefore, it promotes less fatigue and greater efficiency.

We study critical tasks with MONITOREX, measuring movements, postures, and forces.


We identified high-risk musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and quantified the actual physical workload.

RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS

We determine if the exoskeleton is the best option and, if so, which model and configuration are best suited to each position.


We also integrated complementary organizational and ergonomic measures.

DEPLOYMENT AND MONITORING

We implemented the pilot program, trained managers and operators, and adjusted daily usage.


We use MONITOREX to monitor the impact on physical load and fatigue, in order to consolidate or scale the solution.
