At Gogoa, we look back with gratitude and excitement, reflecting on the incredible year we've left behind, filled with significant milestones and revolutionary advancements.
Opening of the Movex Living Lab: In Urretxu, Gipuzkoa, we took a historic step with the inauguration of the Movex Living Lab, the world's first laboratory for the design of robotic neuro-rehabilitation therapies. This space will enable the evaluation of patients and the development of new therapies with exoskeletons to enhance motor mobility.
Implementation of the HANK Exoskeleton at San Vicente Clinic in Madrid: We expanded our impact by successfully implementing the HANK exoskeleton at the San Vicente Clinic in Madrid, accompanied by training sessions for new exoskeleton pilots.
Participation in the 100 Startups Health Event in Madrid: We were part of the event bringing together 100 national and international startups in the health field. This open innovation initiative connected us with leaders in the health ecosystem and strengthened our commitment to transforming the sector.
Presentation of Exoskeletons in Galicia: The Hank and Helk exoskeletons reached Galicia, introducing them to the Quirón Hospital Group (quirónsalud) and bringing innovation to new regions.
Participation in the Annual SVNCOT Congress: We were present at the annual SVNCOT congress, highlighting our solutions in the field of neurorehabilitation.
Basque Health Cluster Event: Our socio-sanitary exoskeletons were featured at the Basque Health Cluster event, emphasizing our commitment to comprehensive health solutions.
New Functionality for the HANK Exoskeleton: We developed a new function for Hank, turning it into a frailty measurement tool, expanding its utility in the health domain.
Participation in the Swiss MedTech Expo in Luzern: We joined the Materialise team at the Swiss MedTech Expo in Luzern, solidifying our international presence and sharing advancements in AI-driven neurorehabilitation R&D.
Inauguration of the Exografías Art Installation at Tabakalera: We blended art and science in the opening of Exografías at the "MÁQUINAS DE INGENIO. JAKINTZEN BIDEGURUZEAN" exhibition at Tabakalera, collaborating with artist Amaia Vicente and Tekniker.
Launch of the Gogoa Prize: The MedTech Design Challenge: We introduced the first edition of the Gogoa Prize, a challenge aiming to connect students with contemporary challenges in biomedical product development. This year, the challenge focuses on designing an exoskeleton to assist the motor capabilities of the elderly.
Advancements in AI-driven Neurorehabilitation R&D: We continue to lead in research and development with new breakthroughs in AI-driven neurorehabilitation.
